Welcome to the website of the Gibraltar Public Services Ombudsman
The Public Service Ombudsman investigates complaints by the general public about acts or omissions by public service providers, such as Government departments, agencies and authorities.
The service provided by the Ombudsman is impartial, independent and free of charge.
The Ombudsman normally investigates a complaint only if this has not been adequately dealt with by the public service provider concerned.
