In Part IV, Section 21 of the Public Services Ombudsman 1998-48 :
21. If, after conducting an investigation under this Ordinance, it appears to the Ombudsman that an injustice has been caused to the person aggrieved in consequence of maladministration and that the injustice has not been, or will not be, remedied, he may, if he thinks fit submit a special report upon the case to the Chief Minister who shall lay the same before the House of Assembly within 60 days.
