Complaint Satisfaction Surveys

Every year we carry out surveys on our standard of service and the feedback that we obtain is of utmost importance to our work. These Complaint Satisfaction Surveys are sent by post to members of the public who have visited our offices during the course of the year and the feedback is then processed and results are published in our annual report. We are transparent and open ourselves to the scrutiny of the service users thus making them an important part of the way in which this office operates.
