On the 10th February 2012 we sent our first e-newsletter to our web subscribers as well as Ombudsman Organisations, Heads of Public Services in Gibraltar, the media and to all the people who provided us an email contact address and made use of our services in 2011. We want to keep updated as many people and organisations as we can on the work which we carry out and also on our present and future activities. We will be publishing our newsletters on a quarterly basis; our next issue should be coming out around May 2012.
