A booklet, titled ‘Guide to the services provided by the Public Services Ombudsman’ has been prepared by the Ombudsman’s Office.  The booklet is now available to the public, free of charge, at all public counters of Government entities, agencies and authorities. 
 
  The guide provides some answers to frequently asked questions, such as:

 
•   What services does the Ombudsman provide?
 
•   What complaints can the Ombudsman investigate?
 
•   What complaints cannot be investigated by the Ombudsman?
 
•   What remedies can the Ombudsman provide?
 
•   When should a complaint be made to the Ombudsman? and
 
•   How will the Ombudsman deal with my complaint?
 
 
It  also  includes  information  on  how  to  submit  a  complaint  to  the  Ombudsman.  A detachable ‘Complaint Form’ for use by the public, is included at the end of the booklet.
